This past month, I joined a collective of the RSIR leadership team and brokers at Inman Connect 2017, an event that brings thousands of top-producing real estate agents and brokers together with industry leaders and featured speakers. Held at the Hilton San Francisco Square, three members of Team RSIR were asked to speak on varying topics at the event, and we all enjoyed a week of learning and networking, bringing home lots of cutting edge tools and approaches to implement into our businesses.
It’s official – Seattle is now recognized as the largest company town in the United States. A recent article published by Seattle Times notes this is largely due to Amazon’s new facilities in South Lake Union and the Denny Regrade area. With a claim of 19% of all office space in the city, Amazon boasts the largest urban campus in the country with a staggering 8.1 million square feet of space, proving the tech giant’s heavy presence in the city.
